By clicking the “INSTALL” button, you will be directed to the Brother support web site where you can download and install the files necessary to print directly to the Brother HL-4070CDW wireless printer here in the library. Please read and follow all the directions carefully both here and on the Brother web site and make certain you know which operating system you are using.

Installation notes:

·        On the Brother driver choice page, choose the recommended install file highlighted in red.

            After you download the file and start the installation process:

◦       The printer model is HL-4070CDW.

◦       Choose the standard install option– not custom.

◦       Choose Brother peer-to-peer network printer option.

◦       Allow the program to search for network printers. Alternatively, you can choose to specify by IP address – it is 192.168.1.45

◦       Do not register the printer. We also recommend that you do not set the Brother printer as the default printer. Choose the Brother printer in the program you wish to print from.
